Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of timeoperators.com(the “Site”), including the Calendar Audit and the Advisor, operated by Haegele Holdings LLC (“we”). By using the Site you agree to them. How we handle your information is in the Privacy Policy.

What the Site is

The Site analyzes a calendar export you provide and returns a report of how your meeting time is spent, with an estimate of hours that could be recovered. With an account, the Advisor asks you questions about that report and returns a recommendation. The Site is free to use. Nothing is sold on it, and no payment is ever requested through it.

Using the Site

You may analyze calendars you own or are authorized to analyze. You are responsible for what you choose to upload and for the accuracy of the answers you give the Advisor. You agree not to use the Site to analyze someone else's calendar without their permission, to probe or overload the Site, to scrape it, or to interfere with anyone else's use of it.

You must be at least 16 to use the Site.

Accounts

Accounts are created by signing in with Google. You are responsible for the security of that Google account. You can delete your account at any time from your account page, which permanently removes everything attached to it. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.

Your reports and our content

The report and the Advisor's recommendation produced from your data are yours to keep, share, and use however you like. The Site itself, its methodology, its wording, and the Time Advantage principles it applies are ours, and you may not copy or resell them as a service.

A report is available to anyone who has its link. Share the link only with people you want to see it.

Estimates, not advice

Every number on a report is an estimate built from stated assumptions, which are shown beside it. The Advisor's recommendation is generated with the help of an AI model from your report and your own answers; it is information to consider, not professional, financial, legal, or employment advice, and it can be wrong. Decisions about your calendar, your meetings, and your team are yours.

No warranty

The Site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability. Calendar exports vary, and the Site may misread some of them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haegele Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site is limited to the amount you have paid us for it, which is zero.

Third-party services

Sign-in is provided by Google, the Advisor's recommendation is generated through Anthropic's API, and the Site is hosted by Vercel with a database at Neon. Each has its own terms and privacy policy, which govern their handling of data independently of ours.

Changes and termination

We may change the Site or these terms. When the terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and continued use after that date means you accept the new terms. We may stop offering the Site or any part of it at any time; if we do, you keep the right to delete your account and data first where that is practical.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Haegele Holdings LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts.
